Generally, the place was recently renovated and had service-minded staff mostly from one staff member. Had relaxing drinks in the terrace bar in the evening.

Free Internet n breakfast. Location perfect close to Rodeo Drive and nice restaurants, love the neighborhood, very quiet.
No elevators, noisy wood stairs to get to ur room, bathroom so small I couldn't turn in the shower, picture taking a shower with the shower curtain sticking on you that's how small it is. Love the room design reminds me of home. Could hear every movement of my neighbors above and next to me. they still use Manual door keys

As a budget traveler, I loved the friendly staff, convenient location, and great atmosphere. The lounge and outside patio were the perfect spots to relax, have breakfast, or enjoy a cup of tea. The free fruit and morning coffee for guests were a nice touch.
Felt so at home, no complaints at all.

during day they work constructions in other room which i couldn't sleep all the 2 days and the wood floor is so noisy which u can hear every thing in the hotel
